I'm Michał. I've been building software for over a decade and thinking about AI for longer than it's been trendy.

Currently I'm CTO at IntelliRoom.ai, where we're building AI-powered due diligence for VCs and private equity. Before that I co-founded Fractile, an agentic RAG platform that got acquired by T12 in early 2025.

Before the startup life, I worked at Microsoft, Samsung R&D, Nokia, and a few other places. I've built everything from LTE base stations to smartphone sensors to distributed cloud systems. These days it's mostly LLMs, agents, and trying to make AI actually work in production.

But honestly, what I care about most is where this is all going. I've been obsessing over that question for years.
